On Consideration Whereof it is Resolved that the same be Complied with & that the Oath of Alligence be administred to the Said John Cobham -- Coll Van Schaack informed the Board that Samuel Williamson of this City made use of Several Expressions tending to injure the American Cause Ordered in Consequence of the Said Information that a Warrant he made out for the immediate Apprehension &c Confinement of the Said Samuel Williamson -- Adjourned Met Albany 9 th October 1779 1779 Oct. 9. A Sundry of the well affected Inhab- Certificate of itants] of Tryon County was laid before the board wherein they Certify that the[y] have no Objection to the liberation of Peter D. Schuyler & Johan Jost. Schuyler from Confinement -- Resolved in Consequence thereof that Peter D Schuyler & Johan Jost Schuyler be liberated from Confinement on their Severally entering into a Recognizance with Sufficient [ 1 9] Sureties for their good Behaviour appearing before this Board when Called upon and remaining within the Limits of this City which Restrictions they are to Observe for the next two years from this Date -- Peter D Schuyler of Tryon County Farmer on Recognizance in £ 500 Barent Roseboom of the City of Albany his Bail in £500

1779 Richard Loucks of Tryon County now here Confined in Oct. 9. Goal for Disaffection to the American Cause was brought before the Board & as nothing Material has yet been produced against him therefore Resolved that he be liberated on entring into a Recognizance with Sufficient Surety for his good Behaviour [and] appearan[c]e before this Board when thereunto required & remaining within the Limits of the Township of Schenectady during the next two Years unless Sooner Discharged -- Richard Loucks of Tryon County on Recognizance in £500 Christopher Zeven his Bail in £500 Adjourned 1779 Met Albany 11 th October 1779 Oct. 11.
