of Tryon that the said Persons above mentioned may with Safety be discharged from Confinement on Bail therefore ordered that they the said John Alt, Nicholas Shaver, Michael Van Cougnont &: Johannis Shaver be severally liberated from Confinement on their entering into a Recognizance to appear before Zephaniah Batchelor & the said John Fonda Esq ^ each of them with a good & sufficient Security & before them the said Zephaniah Batchelor & John Fonda
